Now that it’s spring things are starting to get busy again. The same weekend I did a newborn shoot for James I had a 3 month shoot for my cousins daughter Siobhan. I’ve been pretty lucky so far to have all happy and smiling babies for my shoots and Siobhan was no exception.
A few weeks ago I did a newborn shoot for my good friends Daniela and Jim and their new baby boy James. This not so little guy was 9lbs 2oz at birth and is the most awake and alert week old baby I have ever seen. He is absolutely adorable and I can’t wait until his 3 month shoot to do more pictures.
Today was the first of my free shoots I gave out a few months back to help with building my family and child portfolio. I had the pleasure of shooting my friend Nova, her husband Brian and their son Landon. Landon was asleep when I arrived but he quickly woke up and was a happy little boy who thankfully didn’t mind having his picture taken as you can see below!
Even Mia wanted in on the pictures…she liked to give Landon kisses on his face.

Thanks to my good friends Daniela and Jim I was finally able to do my first maternity session today! We did the majority of the photos in what will soon be the new nursery room which had perfect light. Check back around the end of March for pictures of their baby boy.
Thanks to my good friends Kate & Mike I was able to do my first newborn photo shoot last month. We weren’t able to do this when she was first born because she decided to come 3 months early and called the NICU home for the first few months of her life. Somehow I don’t think the rest of the families in there would have appreciated the sudden photo shoot! Thankfully she is home now though and doing very well! Be sure to check back in mid summer for her 6 month photo shoot.
